About Info

Anuja Mary Thomas is an experienced psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist. She works as a student wellness counselor at Pushpagiri Medical College, Thiruvalla. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Women's Christian College, Chennai, and specialized in Expressive Arts Therapy at the Indian Institute of Psychodrama and WCC, Chennai. Her previous experience includes working as a project coordinator at VOSARD, a prominent NGO in Kerala, and as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Kuriakose Elias College, Mannanam. She has also worked as an online educator with Unacademy and served as a resource person for various social welfare programs with ORC (Our Responsibility to Children Project) and the Idukki Social Justice Department. Anuja has conducted over 200 training sessions, webinars, and workshops on expressive arts therapy and other topics, both within and outside of Idukki. She is also actively involved in research and has presented two papers at international conferences this academic year.
