She is known for her zealous and approachable attitude; she believes in the overall development of students and invests time in motivating and guiding them to excel in all aspects of life. Presently she Is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies. Her qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from S.B Autonomous College, and an M. Phil., (Management) from Bharathidasan University, Trichy. She has qualified for UGC-NET twice in management studies and HR. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD at MG University and has written and published research papers in reputed national and international journals.
