He holds an MBA from the University of Kerala and has a broad background in education and human resource management. With six years at Mar Sleeva College, he focused on innovative teaching and curriculum development, creating an engaging learning environment. This was followed by a year at the Cooperative School of Law, where he dedicated themselves to teaching and guiding student research. Additionally, served as HR Manager at BVM College for two years, where he managed HR functions and later worked as Placement Coordinator, helping students with job placements and building industry relations. He also implemented and coordinated the Human Library at BVM College to foster dialogue and understanding on campus Beyond his academic roles, Anit Jose is deeply committed to social causes. As a volunteer with Nasha Mukth Bharat Abhiyan, he actively spread awareness about substance abuse. For five years, he served as NSS Programme Officer at Mar Sleeva College, leading impactful community service projects. He has also worked as a resource person under the dioceses of Kanjirapally and Idukki RESETI centres for supporting skill development and community engagement. Through these experiences, He brings a unique blend of educational expertise, leadership, and community advocacy.
